Goals

I am not one to make New Years resolutions because, I feel it is important to make realistic goals for myself that I can acomplish. This to me is the best way to improve confidence. Whe unrealistic goals are made it is a set up for failure! Which in turn causes more discouragement. This will be a weekly ritual each week on my blog and will come along with a weigh in and my measurements for the week.My goals will not only include weight loss goals but all the things that make me a happier person!
BTW Photo is the last photo we took in 2008 My daughter Sophia and I in a Photo Booth @ Harvey's Lake Tahoe.

1. Make my goals come true this week!
2. Acomplish all basic chores each day including dishes, laundry, bathrooms, vaccuum ect....my side of the room clean.

3. Declutter by posting and selling any amount of items on craigslist, donating ect...
4. Complete all of my Longs stores for work. "(I merchandise Candy!)
5. Make it to the Gym once this week.
6. Cut down my portion sizes. ( I cannot eliminate everything at once!)
7. Eat vegtables each day.
8. SLOW DOWN on carbohydrates!
9. Make dinners that include lean meats and very little cheese!
10. When I want to eat for emotional or boredom reasons... DON'T... BLOG INSTEAD!
11. Drink more tea and water!
12. Walk around the block once a day.
13. Place an order for desired clothes on L.L. Bean

  1. I so hear you. I also want to stay tidy AND the whole makeup thing too. My Mum came over from Ireland for Xmas and she is a housework fanatic. She was with me Xmas Eve till Sunday 4th Jan, so my mission now is to keep the flat as tidy as she left it :-)

  3. Hi Noelle, you asked if I could recommend a yoga video. My favourite by far, is Kundalini Yoga for Empowering Women. It has my favourite yoga set on it and my favourite meditation (celestial communication). The DVD stars Carolyn Cowan, who is a true inspiration. I have met her many times. She is the chair of KYTA (kundalini yoga teacher's association). RE: music, Snatam Kaur features on the DVD and her music is awesome. The DVD is available from www.devotion.org.uk
I wish you the very best with your goals. x

  6. Very good post. I just noticed your blog question and answer. That was to cute. And your not even a blond. I Don't think. Remember to cherish thy self. For you are a daughter of God. And no matter what else happens, He loves "YOU" dearly. And we love you too. Marilyn and Stuart
